Pendleton discusses plans for the upcoming Pittsburgh Assembly. He has been assuming that W.F.P. will preach on the Assembly Sunday, but he has not had confirmation of this. In case W.F.P. is unwilling to preach, Pendleton requests that W.F.P. assign a visiting minister to fill the pulpit.
